1. POPIA — Protection of Personal Information Act
Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”). We process your personal information lawfully, fairly and transparently.
What personal data we collect and why
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies for your convenience. These cookies will last for one year. 2. PAIA — Promotion of Access to Information Act
This section serves as the PAIA Manual for Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd, prepared in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”). The Act gives effect to the constitutional right of access to information contained in section 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa.

How to request access to records
Requests for access to records of Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd must be submitted in writing to the Information Officer at info@wilconaumann.com. The prescribed Form 2 (available from the Information Regulator at www.justice.gov.za/inforeg) must be completed. A request fee may be applicable.

Wilco Naumann operates as a financial planner under Van Rooyen & Raath Financial Advisors (Pty) Ltd, an authorised and licensed independent Financial Services Provider registered with the FSCA in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (“FAIS Act”). Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd is registered with CIPC but financial services are rendered under the licence of Van Rooyen & Raath (FSP 33603).

In terms of the FAIS Act, Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd is required to disclose all material information to clients, including any conflict of interest. We are committed to acting with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of our clients at all times.
Clients have the right to lodge a complaint with Naumann Finance (Pty) Ltd directly, or with the FSCA or the Ombud for Financial Services Providers (FAIS Ombud) if they are dissatisfied with the financial service rendered.
